Can someone please calclate my BMR please!

I would really appreciate it someone would calculate my bmr. I really need to get serious about losing weight. I am starting to really feel the effectsof not being healthy and I want to do something about it before it gets to the point that I develop something like diabetes and so on. I am 5'4 and half, weigh 230, am 31, and not breastfeeding. I would like you to calculate it for just working out a couple days of week, and also for 5 days so that after I start of slow I can increase.

BMR: 1812

Maintenance while working out 1-3 days per week: 1812*1.375=2491

To lose 1 lb per week: 2491-500=1991

Ideal calorie range working out 1-3 days per week is 1812-1991 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week. 

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1812*1.55=2808

To lose 1 lb per week: 2808-500=2308

Ideal calorie range while working out 3-5 days per week is 1812-2308 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
