I usually do a lot of ab workouts like crunches, side crunches and the plank which strengthens you're whole core. Plus I workout on the treadmill. Hope some of this helps
Eating very cleanly, doing cardio, strength training, and core/flexibility work will get rid of the muffin top and give you abs. The key is diet though.

eat clean, cardio + strength training. you can't spot reduce; your best bet would be to get your heart rate up for at least 30mins 4x/week, eat clean, track your cals and just keep at it.

A clean diet is key. No processed foods, only whole foods that you can recognize and pronounce. Proper portions, lots of water, eating throughout the day, etc. There are no miracle foods that will do it, and a variety is really best.
