muffin top?

I don't have back fat just a little belly and huge love handles,any tips?

I usually do a lot of ab workouts like crunches, side crunches and the plank which strengthens you're whole core. Plus I workout on the treadmill. Hope some of this helps good luck

Eating very cleanly, doing cardio, strength training, and core/flexibility work will get rid of the muffin top and give you abs. The key is diet though.

eat clean, cardio + strength training.  you can't spot reduce; your best bet would be to get your heart rate up for at least 30mins 4x/week, eat clean, track your cals and just keep at it.

the bbl tummy tuck and leg works outs plus running plus eating as clean as I can has relaly help slim my waist/tummy area

A clean diet is key.  No processed foods, only whole foods that you can recognize and pronounce.  Proper portions, lots of water, eating throughout the day, etc.  There are no miracle foods that will do it, and a variety is really best.

Personlly i like to do workouts that make me sweat! I have found myself loving Insanity & Shaun T with all his workouts. I am also an Independant Beachbody coach & would love to help you find something you could really love & enjoy for yourself!
