Run today (probably 6 miles)
Monday- rest
Tuesday- strength and 3 mile run
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- strength and 3 mile run
Friday- rest
Saturday- pump it class

Going to be a super busy week as we are on the countdown to our cruise! 

Goals~ drink at least 8 glasses of water daily

Shred twice a day from Mon-thurs and once on Friday

Walk/run~ 3-5 k each day Sun- thurs

Thursday~ get hair trimmed, mani and pedi....totally pamper me night

In between the usual household stuff and work (home daycare) finish getting everyone packed and ready to leave Friday at 5:30!!

Friday~ leave for my sisters

Saturday~ fly to Florida....shop for a few hours

Sunday~ head to Port Canveral....Cruise of the western Caribbean!!!! 7nights of sun, fun, food and relaxation

Finish week two of c25k :) and get week one of bbl done and drink more water lots more water. That seems to be the thing I struggle with drinking water

Sunday was a rest day after my 10K on Saturday...I needed that for sure after getting only 4 hours of sleep the night before!

Monday - 6-8 mile run

Tuesday - 3-4 mile run

Wednesday - 5 mile trail run/hike

Thursday - 3-4 mile run

Friday - HIIT class at the gym

Tues, Thurs, Sat are C25k days.  I'm either repeating Week 3 or moving to Week 4 on Thursday.  We'll see how Tuesday goes.

Today will probably be a rest day unless I get bored and go walk

Wednesday & Friday..  yoga probably.  We'll see

I really would like to hit my 10,000 steps every day.  Yoga days are really hard to meet that.

To cut pop out (again)

Keep cleaning up my diet

Get in my workouts!!  At least 5 this week.  You'd think with Kat being there, it'd be easier, but she can't really do much right now, and I don't want to torture her by working out in front of her!  LOL  I joked that yesterday I was going to step out to drive somewhere and may return sweaty (then went for my run).  She keeps giving me longing looks.  LOL

I'm planning either a gym workout today or a run (very windy today, so I'm thinking not a run).

Tuesday: probably a trail run after class

Wednesday: not sure yet, something.  Gym?  I always need something after class on Wednesdays.

Thursday: probably a run then swim

Friday: TM run before clinicals most likely, maybe outside.  We'll see!

Weekend: hike, run, maybe a swim or two.  I need to repair my bike flat, and check the tires on Jonathan's bike, so Kat can ride it.  Then I plan to take her on a couple of "bike tours" around the area.  She's been eating up the trees, "grape fields" (wine vineyards, but she was in her Percocet haze and called them grape fields and will never live it down LOL), and apple trees that are EVERYWHERE here.  But I'm thinking a gentle bike ride might be good for her, and if we don't get moving too fast (or go climb hills), she can breathe okay without hurting herself.

doing one hour of strength training today and thursday and hopefully saturday. wednesday and friday i will do cardio. hopefully i will have lost one half pound since last week, but i feel like i have gained.gotta work harder at not eating junk or missing meals. i have weightloss class to go to tonight. a dr. appointment tomorrow and a meeting tomorrow night and another one on thursday  night and hopefully relaxing friday night. as for the weekend i have no idea. hopefully some time this week i will get grocery shopping in and pay for my car tags.
