The Gracious Pantry is a good resource.
I will do something like 1/2 c milk, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 cup raw spinach, 1 TBSP peanut butter, and that's right around 250 cals, good for post-workout.
I also do 1/2 c milk, 1 scoop vanilla (or plain) protein powder, 1 cup raw spinach (yes, it goes into every smoothie nowadays!), 3 strawberries, and 1/2 frozen banana (I keep them in the freezer- if I have a few that will go bad, this is my "rescue", same for other fruits).

I do almond milk, 3 TBS of protein powder, blueberries or mixed berries and a banana. I also throw a cup of spinach in.
I do 1/2C blueberries, 1/2C raspberries, 1C of Kale, 1/2C Almond milk unsweeted and protein powder. I just started making smoothes myself so that's all I got! :p
