will someone help me caculate my bmr. please dont judge me i am overweight.. i am 26 years old weight 280lbs height 5'3 i dont not breastfeed and i plan on excersising everyday and cutting out soda and just crappy food so if someone can help me that would be great thanks

We are not here to judge girl. I 5'0, 23 yrs old and 257 lbs (I was 265 when i started my journey). We are all here (in this group of course) to get/be healthy. I use MFP to stay under calories. But what they tell you about how many calories you should be eating is wrong. There is a woman here that I know will help you with your bmr so here's a bump.

BMR: 2046

Maintenance while workingout 3-5 days per week: 2046*1.55=3171

To lose 1 lb per week: 3171-500=2671

Ideal calorie range is 2046-2671 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
