I was wondering my bmr? I'm 24 ..5'7.. 132.. I walk 4x a week at 4mph. And I am currently breastfeeding (not sure if that has to do with anything. Thanks!

BMR: 1431 +500 (Bfing)=1931

Maintenance while working out 1-3 days per week: 1931*1.375=2655

To lose 1 lb per week: 2655-500=2155

Ideal calorie range while working out 1-3 days per week is 1931-2155 cals per day to lose 1 lb per week.

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1931*1.55=2993

To lose 1 lb per week: 2993-500=2493

Ideal calorie range while working out 3-5 days per week is 1931-2493 cals per day to lose 1 lb per week.
