I may have just started seriously working out today, but I think I have reason to be happy for myself. I was able to do my abs exercise this morning and added an extra 10 minutes to my walk this afternoon, 30 minutes total walk time. And I have every intention of doing my 15 minute yoga workout tonight after I put the kids to bed! Getting to plan a wedding (already married, but finally getting to have a "real" wedding) and wanting to be bikini ready for the honeymoon has me highly motivated right now! Just hope I can keep it up!
