body beast chest/tris this morning and i just did my core workout since i couldn't do it this morning (ran out of time).

I really wasn't in the mood for an actual workout, I really wanted to sit on my butt all night. So I set a timer to go off every 15 minutes and I would get up and do like 50 jumping jacks or 30-40 squats, jog in place for a few minutes. Then I'd go back to sitting on my butt again. LOL
Wow! That is awesome! How many times around the track? I bet that got boring!
