What did you have?
i have had applesauce today so far.. I have a carrot/celery tray at school.. I'll figure out what to have for lunch as well. :)
I had some pineapple and strawberries.
I plan on having an apple, carrots, green beans, and maybe some oranges
banana, broccoli slaw, celery, mushrooms, cauliflower and broccoli
maybe watermelon or pineapple
So far today:
red - veggie juice for breakfast
orange - for morning snack
green - broccoli in my omelet
Breakfast: I had some ground turkey, with tomatoes, onions, and avaocado.
Snack: Cottage cheese and apples
Lunch: tofu and aspargus with 1/2 cup strawberries and 1/2 cup blueberries
Snack: Sugar free Protein shake (Jay Robb Protein)
Dinner: Carrot soup!

So far, I've had a banana, but I'll have some artichoke, zucchini, tomato, and spinach on my leftover pizza for lunch, and tomatoes, cauliflower, spinach, zucchini, broccoli and carrots in the lasagna I made for dinner tonight, at the very least. I may also make a salad to go with it.
