Spring Exercise Challenge Day 2: No More Jiggle!

Welcome to day 2 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!

Spring has arrived and with it short sleeves and sleeveless tops.

Polls show that a large percentage of women are unhappy with their upper arms. They keep their arms hidden with clothing because they have the dreaded 'arm jiggle'.
The American Council on Exercise conducted a study to determine the best exercise to combat flabby, jiggly arms. They found that the most effective exercise for this problem area is.......The Triangle Pushup! The Triangle Pushup produces the most muscle activity thus blasting flabby arms.

You can do this exercise in the privacy and comfort of your own home and the best part is, no equipment required.

Above is a video showing you how to properly perform a Triangle Pushup. It can be done on your knees for beginners or fully extended for a more advanced workout.  You should do 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps depending on fitness level, 3 times a week.

Today's challenge is to do at least 1 set of Triangle Pushups.
Do you have the dreaded underarm jiggle?
Have you ever done Triangle Pushups before?
What other exercises do you do to tone your arms?

I don't really have the jiggle...yet, lol
I've done them in the past, but I may add them to my normal push ups
I do a 5-10-or 15 min arm cycle in the mornings.

Honestly I am very obese, every other day I do my toning exercises. I usually do them off the wall, I'm still not strong enough to lift my weight. These were hard to do after mowing my lawn and weeding yesterday. I can definitely feel the muscles of my arms engaging. I'm adding this to my routine.

I feel your pain! I had one of those ganglion cysts in my wrist. I was crocheting afghans like crazy (3 in 4 months) and developed one. After wearing a wrist brace during the day and at night ( plus no crocheting) its gone away. I hope your goes away soon.

Do you have the dreaded underarm jiggle?  Some, I try incorporate arm exercises regularly.
Have you ever done Triangle Pushups before?  Yes
What other exercises do you do to tone your arms? Tricep dips and kickbacks  are great for arm toning.
