Spring Exercise Challenge Day 2: No More Jiggle!
Welcome to day 2 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!
Spring has arrived and with it short sleeves and sleeveless tops.
Polls show that a large percentage of women are unhappy with their upper arms. They keep their arms hidden with clothing because they have the dreaded 'arm jiggle'.
The American Council on Exercise conducted a study to determine the best exercise to combat flabby, jiggly arms. They found that the most effective exercise for this problem area is.......The Triangle Pushup! The Triangle Pushup produces the most muscle activity thus blasting flabby arms.
You can do this exercise in the privacy and comfort of your own home and the best part is, no equipment required.
Above is a video showing you how to properly perform a Triangle Pushup. It can be done on your knees for beginners or fully extended for a more advanced workout. You should do 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps depending on fitness level, 3 times a week.
Today's challenge is to do at least 1 set of Triangle Pushups.
