red - veggie juice with breakfast

orange -

yellow -

green -

blue/purple -

white  -  1/2 banana with breakfast

Green- artichoke, broccoli

Apple and strawberries, carrots, corn, spinach and zucchini, cauliflower and white beans (do beans count?)

Not all of these were full servings but I still got some in! I need blue/ purple. I've been meaning to get some blueberries in the freezer for quick little snacks.

orange - clementines

yellow - lemon

green - romaine, spinach, celery

blue/purple - (I really need to make sure I put something purple or blue on my shopping list.  I never have anything to put here LOL)

white - potato

I read this article the other day and thought of your post :) SO, just wanted to share:

I didn't do as well yesterday but today is a new day:)  Got in lots of fruit yesterday but not enough veggies:)
