I did. Im on a 90 day challenge to lose 10 pounds. What are your goals?

I want to loose 90lbs. I've lost 24lbs so far. :)

I started at 239 and now in the 180's

I have done it by counting calories (finding out how many I should eat- thanks to the girls in here),

drinking water (though not as much as they say I should - I pee too much already!)  

and working out. Mostly zumba-5-6 days a week of it now, but also, I do pilates and piyo (on class each a week) and work out a bit at home 1-2 days a week (we have a small weight machine, treadmill, bands,small ball and belly dance DVD's- since classes are hard to find around here).

*and* I come here and vent when I need to and I also use sparkpeople to journal and keep track of my work out min. and such

I started small and worked up- at first it was one class a week of zumba and walking at home for a bit on the other days and one bottle of water... it has taken just over a year to get where I am now.

Thats wonderful!! I love spark people!! I actually am on a 90 day challenge with Body by Vi and have heard so many amazing stories. I also work out 4-5 times a week.

Good work! I do that as well along with 2 nutrition shakes a day.
