Welcome to day 3 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!
Is Your Chest the Best It Can Be?
One area women often overlook when working out is the chest. When it comes to exercising the chest, men will often over train while women tend to avoid working their chests completely.
The benefits of chest exercises include:
- Strengthens your chest muscles
- Stabilizes your shoulder joints
- Lifts your breast allowing for a more aesthetically pleasing appearance
The video above demonstrates what is considered the best chest exercise for women. If you do not have access to cables or a a gym, you can use free or hand weights. To be effective you should do 3 sets of 10-15 reps, 2 times a week.
Today's challenge is to do at least one set.
