I am 21, 5 ft even, and 169 lbs!
I want to lose weight because I just feel horrible about myself and don't want to take pictures because I look horrible!
I have a photo shoot coming up At the end of may and I'm hoping to lose at least 10 lbs!
I've started to workout a lot and just kept losing control and stopping.

It's time to get fit and do THIS!!!

I've lost 5 lbs easily by tracking what I eat, before but just stopped and gave up.
So I know that I can!

I've workout a little bit the last couple days and I want to start doing it daily. (Insanity, 30 day shred, hoping to get some running when my bf gets home from work) :)

April 19th.

Insanity Day 1! Done!
It feels so good to workout I don't know why I don't more often! Lol. I did take a 5 minute break in between, to change a diaper. Lol.
Now I'm gonna do 30 day shred day one. :) wish me luck. Lol.

Didn't do so well last night, cause we went bowling with my Boyfriends co workers, and all they had there was pizza. I didn't eat much so I guess that was good.
I did weight less today, though.

167! :)
My official weigh in day is going to be Mondays, though.

I did some cleaning and was annoyed that insanity day 2 was just the same three things over and over!
I am super sore from yesterday so I just did sansone's walk. 2 miles in 20 minutes.
I think I'll do that when I feel sore instead of break days.

Oh and anyone have any advise on trying to work out with a toddler?
I have an 18 month old that doesn't take naps, and just cries and gets in my way when I'm trying to work out. Lol.
I can't do outside activities yet because its still in the 30s here and super windy all the time.
I'd have her dad watch her but he works 12 hrs a day, 14 days straight.

I don't think insanity is for me. It's just the same things over an over.
Maybe I'll do it another day.

Today I did 30 day shred level 1.
Did some fitness blender beginner workouts.
I feel good but when I'm done doing a workout I just feel like I should just keep going! Haha.
I need to do some cleaning and play with Shelbie. :)
Smoothie making time, too. :)

I hope these workouts help some!
I haven't been watching too much of what I eat, mostly just watching how MUCH I eat.

Think it'll work? Haha.

I keep forgetting to write in this! So frustrating!
Anyways. I've been walking a lot, shopping and stuff, but i haven't done too many hard workouts.

I did walk four miles yesterday evening, it was super windy so it kinda sucked.
I wish I could run but I have a kid in a stroller, and its a dirt road.
That was April 29th.

Today. April 30th, I did fitness blender hiit workout. A good 30 minutes. And I've been tracking my calories.

But I've gained a couple pounds. :( I hope my scale is just wrong, or something.
Any suggestions?

I hope to lose some weight at some point.
I'm getting super depressed. This is the most I've ever weighed, even being nine months pregnant, I was 160. Now I'm 170! Ugh!

I've been doing some at home workouts.
Yesterday did 30 day shred level two.
Did some fitness blenders low impact cardio.
So I feel good about it.

Other than not eating so well. Well I ate a grilled cheese and some nachos earlier. :( they were so good tho. Haha.

I stepped on the scale this morning and was 166! That's a pretty good job!
But since I didn't eat so well and stuff today I doubt tomorrow it'll be the same.

Water and fitness blenders 1000 calorie workout is in store for me tonight! Woohoo.

So I ended up not doing the 1000 calorie workout cause its really hard. And I give up too easily. :(
But I did do about 350 calories worth of workouts. So I feel good.
Had some guilt free ice cream tho afterwards. (Just a banana frozen and blended up with a bit of pb)
And already doing pretty good on the eating this morning!
It's just the afternoon when I'm bored and once I eat dinner and stuff I just want to eat again like an hour later!

I've been doing pretty good, doing different workout videos on YouTube.
Mostly boot camp.
I don't think I've lost much weight, but I'm still hopeful!
I'm going back home (myhometown) after this weekend. (Monday we leave) an ill be there a week and then we drive back.
I have a treadmill there so I'm not worried that I won't at least walk a lot.
But the eating out while we're driving always gets me! Ugh.
And the eating out while there. I really need to make good decisions!
Wish me some luck. ( ill need it.)

I've decided to take my measurements, cause I think the scale lies and I know it's a good idea. :)

Bust - 39 in.
Chest - 36
Waist - 37.
Hips - 44. ( yuck love handles)
Thighs R- 25 1/2. L- 24. (Wtf)
Calves R- 16 L- 15 1/2

So I keep forgetting to weigh myself when I first wake up! Grrr.
I doubt anyone even reads this so i don't know why I even bother writing it.

I had my chicken wings tonight so that kinda sucks. But I did eat well the rest of the week!
Did 30 day shred level one today which made my calories even.
I don't know how you all lose so much weight. :((
