I can't seem to reach my calorie goal!!
I am still working towards that six pack and I just can not seem to eat enough. I am not hungry. I have only consumed 1200ish calories today and I am breastfeeding. My ideal is 1850-2300. Will this affect my abs?? :/
Here was my menu today:
Breakfast- Granola bar with Banana Mango smoothie.
Lunch- 1 Green stuffed bell pepper(with rice, lean beef, and marinara)
Snack- Colby Jack cheese stick
Dinner- 2 scrambled eggs, sauteed spinach, and 3/4 cup of special K cereal with soy milk
I have some banana peanut butter bites in the freezer for later.. Am I on the right track, even though I am not reaching my caloric goal?
