Spring Exercise Challenge Day 4: Bye Bye Bra Bulge!
Welcome to day 4 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!
As Spring temperatures start to rise, tank tops and sundresses are beginning to make an appearance.
Show them off with a sleek and sexy back.
One of the most common trouble areas for women is know as 'bra strap bulge'. This is when fat hangs over or under your bra strap.
The most effective ways to reduce the bra strap bulge is through cardio and exercise.
Any form of cardio will do, but the preferred form of cardio is the elliptical. The back and forth arm motion is not only an excellent form of fat burning but it also targets the back muscles.
The best and most effective exercises to blast the back fat are:
- The One Arm Row
- Bent Over Row
- Tubing Row
Below is a video demonstrating these 3 exercises as well as information on how many sets and reps you should be doing.
