Welcome to day 5 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!
How fab are your abs?
The most obsessed over body part for women is their core/midsection. Women naturally carry more body fat in this area, especially after having a baby or as we age.
It is difficult to do but you can achieve flat and firm abs with a good clean diet and exercise.
The following video is a 10 minute ab circuit video. You can do theses exercises exactly as shown, in circuit form or you can pick and choose which ones you want to incorporate into your daily workout routine.
For today's challenge, choose at least 3 of the exercised included in the video and do them.
