Spring Exercise Challenge Day 5: How Fab Are Your Abs?

Welcome to day 5 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!

How fab are your abs?

The most obsessed over body part for women is their core/midsection. Women naturally carry more body fat in this area, especially after having a baby or as we age.

It is difficult to do but you can achieve flat and firm abs with a good clean diet and exercise.

The following video is a 10 minute ab circuit video. You can do theses exercises exactly as shown, in circuit form or you can pick and choose which ones you want to incorporate into your daily workout routine.

For today's challenge, choose at least 3 of the exercised included in the video and do them.

Yes, I'm 3 wks post baby, they're bad, lol. I have a 5-10-15min ab routine I follow most days of the week based on time I have. I'm not currently doing it yet though.

I'll have to try that today!

i work on every part of my body every time I go to the gym... At home work outs are different. But I love to do bicycle crunches!

I will try them!! I really don't like my stomach but definitely been working on all of my body. So I will throw them into my non 30DS routine.

I'll have to give it a go!  I'm doing an hour at-home workout today, so I'll put that in there.

I really need to work on my abs. I do sit ups and things like that sometimes, but not often
