The right were taken this am. I've been doing the squat challenge and dabbling with 30DS. I can see it in my hips and my back.

What do you think?

Where exactly should I measure?? And should I do centimeters or inches? One place say cm and one says inches. And I've been reading about different places.

It doesn't matter, as long as you're consistent.

Most people do at least the smallest part of the waist, the widest part of the hips, across the widest part of the bust, the upper arms, and thighs.  If you do your arms and thighs, measure how far from the joint you're doing it (say, 6 inches above your knee), so you're always doing it in the same spot.

Waist right below bust - 32 inches
At belly button -36.4 inches
Below b.b. (my "muffin top) - 39 inches
Hips 40.4 inches

I am a custodian in a hospital. So I am walking every day. Lifting and bending. So I'm not doing just the squats or just 30DS. My job is physical. I also use the carpet machines when I have to shampoo carpets. I lift a lot of heavy trash and laundry. Plus then lifting the laundry into carts. And throwing the trash into a dumpster. I have kinda cleaned up my eating. But I am starting today cleaning it up a lot more. No more pop.
