Depends on when I can get my los asleep. My goal is around 10, but as you can see I am back up at 3am with my newborn, so...ya, lol.

Between 10-10:30pm.  Still too late, considering I get up at 4:30am.

nine at night i get up at 5 am to workout for an hour

Typically around 9:00-9:30 and I get up around 5:00

Way too late... Between 11:30-midnight. It sucks especially when I have to get up by 5am the next morning during my work week. :(

930pm.  i am so wiped by this time and can barely keep my eyes open.  i also wake at 445/5am every morning to workout
