I started this month with 10lbs left and so far I have only lost 2lbs!
These last 10lbs are proving hard to get rid of!
Not sure how to help move it along! I eat paleo, drink tons of water, crossfit 4 times a week, and run 3 times a week!
What more can I do?
I can say I am actually not as obessed with losing weight as I once was. I am more happy with my body then I have been in a while.
My goal was to be at 135lbs by the 29th of this month and I need to drop 8lbs for that to happen. Of course that is not gonna happen, and since it is taking a bit longer, I will set my goal for another month out!
Frustrated that it isn't moving, but happy I have gotten this close!
