Any workouts today ladies?
20 minutes of strength this morning and 4.5 mile run this afternoon!
I walked two miles outside!!! So excited to get outside today
I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then my training with the weights. An hour workout overall. In the afternoon the kids and I went for a 3 mile walk.
just got back from piyo and zumba classes
My workout was late,I ran a few miles at my local park....I could of ran it better though lol....Im seriously trying to work on my speed as well as endurance.
