20 minutes of strength this morning and 4.5 mile run this afternoon!

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then my training with the weights.  An hour workout overall.  In the afternoon the kids and I went for a 3 mile walk.

Arm exercises with dumbells
Some leg machines

Day 1 and 2 of the 30 day squat challenge. I jumped on the trampoline and played tag with the kids.
No elliptical/running for me tonight. I took a day off in hopes that the muscles pain under my incision would heal faster. Going to get back to it tomorrow.

My workout was late,I ran a few miles at my local park....I could of ran it better though lol....Im seriously trying to work on my speed as well as endurance.
