Having a strong lower back is important to overall good health and fitness.
Weak lower back muscles can contribute to debilitating pain and are prone to injury. While a strong lower back provides better support for your spine.

Working your lower back will not only strengthen but tone as well give you a sleek look. 

The following exercises will strengthen your lower back and help to keep you injury and pain free.

For today's challenge, do a set of lower back strengthening exercises.

Don't usually do anything for my back and I should since I deal with back pain everyday. Will have to try some of these exercises.
