Spring Exercise Challenge Day 9: Thin Your Thighs

Welcome to day 9 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!

Have you ever heard of the phrase 'straight to the thighs"? 
Today we are going to conqueror that phrase!
The inner thigh is another zone that quickly stores fat and cellulite causing an unpleasant appearance in women.
One reason the thighs are a problem area for women is because these muscles are tricky to hit when doing regular leg workouts.

The videos below are workouts that specifically target the inner thighs to burn fat and tone.

This video is a five minute workout designed for beginners:

Below is an inner thigh targeting exercise video that demonstrates a series of exercises that will get your thighs in shape. You can do all the exercises or customize your own inner thigh workout.

For today's challenge, do an inner thigh workout in addition to your regular workout.

I think thighs are that body part I have where no matter how toned or thin it looks, my mind will always see little problem spots. Although I am super excited to try these exercises. I think my inner thighs are where I have a problem more than outer.

Inner thighs are a huge problem for me!  I definitely need to add more to my routine since what I'm doing doesn't seem to be working on my thighs.

we usually hit them in pilates a bit- but I could do more

I do these on a regular because I'm trying to work on that area also.
