Spring Exercise Challenge Day 9: Thin Your Thighs

Welcome to day 9 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!

Have you ever heard of the phrase 'straight to the thighs"? 
Today we are going to conqueror that phrase!
The inner thigh is another zone that quickly stores fat and cellulite causing an unpleasant appearance in women.
One reason the thighs are a problem area for women is because these muscles are tricky to hit when doing regular leg workouts.

The videos below are workouts that specifically target the inner thighs to burn fat and tone.

This video is a five minute workout designed for beginners:

Below is an inner thigh targeting exercise video that demonstrates a series of exercises that will get your thighs in shape. You can do all the exercises or customize your own inner thigh workout.

For today's challenge, do an inner thigh workout in addition to your regular workout.

 As long as I walk I don't have a problem with my inner thighs. But, the moment I stop walking I start storing fat there. I don't target the inner thighs, at all, but I guess I do work them when I do squats and a few other exercises. :)

I hate the inner jiggly thighs. ugh!!

I really don't have a thigh issue but I will try the workouts.

My thighs have always been huge, even when I was thin and fit. However, they used to be all muscle, not the fat they are now lol.

I am not in shape right now, so it is difficult for me to do all of those exercises.  I  may modify some of those workouts though.
