Welcome to day 9 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!
Have you ever heard of the phrase 'straight to the thighs"?
Today we are going to conqueror that phrase!
The inner thigh is another zone that quickly stores fat and cellulite causing an unpleasant appearance in women.
One reason the thighs are a problem area for women is because these muscles are tricky to hit when doing regular leg workouts.
The videos below are workouts that specifically target the inner thighs to burn fat and tone.

Below is an inner thigh targeting exercise video that demonstrates a series of exercises that will get your thighs in shape. You can do all the exercises or customize your own inner thigh workout.
