Spring Exercise Challenge Day 9: Thin Your Thighs

Welcome to day 9 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!

Have you ever heard of the phrase 'straight to the thighs"? 
Today we are going to conqueror that phrase!
The inner thigh is another zone that quickly stores fat and cellulite causing an unpleasant appearance in women.
One reason the thighs are a problem area for women is because these muscles are tricky to hit when doing regular leg workouts.

The videos below are workouts that specifically target the inner thighs to burn fat and tone.

This video is a five minute workout designed for beginners:

Below is an inner thigh targeting exercise video that demonstrates a series of exercises that will get your thighs in shape. You can do all the exercises or customize your own inner thigh workout.

For today's challenge, do an inner thigh workout in addition to your regular workout.

I like to do plie squats to work my thighs.

I am definitely doing these tonight when I get home. My outer thighs are slimming down but now for the inside!! May incorporate these into my squats challenge...

I do more like squats and lunges for mine. I can't spot-lose the fat, so that's my main focus.

Can't do the lunges or squats, but I can do the leg lifts. I'll give this a try! Thanks!

I try to incorporate some thigh work into my workout since that is a problem area for me
