Welcome to day 12 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!
Support your body and overall good health with lower body workouts!
As mentioned in a previous daily activity, your largest muscles are in the lower body. These muscles are essential in the movements you make in everyday activities.
The benefits of a good lower body workout include:

- Improved balance

- Decreased risk of injury
- Aesthetically pleasing
