What are your goals this week?
It's going to be a busy week for sure! I'm going to fit in runs whenever I can though.
Sunday - 8-10 mile run
Monday - Strength/Rest
Tuesday - 5-7 mile run
Wednesday - 5-7 mile run
Thursday - 7-9 mile run
Friday - Rest
Saturday - 2-3 mile walk...CF Walk day!
I finally kicked that upper respiratory infection! I'll be ending the meds later this week and hope to lose the water weight shortly after that.
This week I want to increase the number of situps I do daily by 10 - 15.
Continue to work on flexibility exercises for the shoulder with tendonitis.
walk/Gazelle for 1 mile daily (not far, but I'm still recovering from the respiratory infection)
Deny the fact that my DD (the BABY of the family) is going to be 13 on Thursday.
1) Be under 230 for my May 1 weigh in (I was 231.4 this morning, which is amazing for a weekend weigh in LOL)
2) Build up to running 20 minutes straight (I ran 16:30 on Thursday)
3) Not be a bum on my non-run days. In particular, do some upper body stuff.
To get on the TM 5 days this week for 30 mins!
Run 7 miles this week......made this past weeks 6 mile goal. Be under 170lbs...trying again...failed last wed. but didn't gain. Hubby goeas back to work wed. so my runs will have to be evening or weekend runs after that. Need to drink more water and start keeping track of it.
Cut back more on my snacking. It has gotten out of control.
Exercise at least 4 days for at least 30 mins.
Take a walk with the family at least 3 days.
Run, run, run..and some strength training thrown in.
