Can someone help me find a Turbofire/Hip Hop Abs Hybrid schedule?

I really feel like I can do more than Turbofire alone and I love both programs.  I don't want to just throw workouts together I want it to be beneficial.  I've been all over Beach Body and Google and I can't find one.  I can find a hybrid for every program with TF or HHA but nothing with them together.  I've seen people say they do them together but I can't find a schedule.

If you find one, let me know! I have both programs and I just pick random workouts depending in my mood but a schedule including both would be awesome.

I definitely will!  I posted on BB so maybe someone will respond.  Its crazy, Insanity/Turbo hybrid, Extreme/Insanity, Turbo/P90X, and Rockin Body/Turbo but nothing for Hip Hop and Turbo.  I'll do Rockin Body if I have to but I like Hip Hop a lot more.

Sorry that I don't know a hybrid. But how do you like hip hop abs? Does it work? I have done bbl, turbo fire, I'm finishing up CLX I am thinking about picking it up and using it next along with strength training and training for my half.

I love it!  I'm really only using it for extra cardio and I've only done one toning workout (glutes and thighs) and I definitely felt it the next morning.  The cardio workouts are great and if you push yourself you're sweating pretty early on.  The only tricky part is remembering to keep your abs tight and when to crunch down.

I could help you with HHA as i am doing it! Just need to get it for you & will send it over, & will look into finding the turbo fire for you! :)

Thank you so much!  I love both programs and want to do them together but I don't trust myself making my own hybrid schedule.  I went everywhere I could thinking of looking for the blend but couldn't find it.  I really want to incorporate more of HHA strengthening thant TF's strength stuff.  I feel like she works my arms really well but Shaun T has all the hips, glutes, and thigh workouts.

If it wouldn't be too much trouble I would really appreciate it. Since I've never done TJ and its an intro to TF I'm totally not sure what to substitute.
