Welcome to day 13 of the Spring Exercise Challenge!

Getting your heart rate up is important for maximum fat burn.
Combining cardio with movements meant to strengthen and tone your muscles will acheive this result.

For today's challenge, try doing the 30 minute bootcamp video or something high intensity like it.

I had some Mexican food last night that didn't sit well with my tummy. Working out is the last thing I want to do right now, but I'll give this a go. :-( 

Not excited about it, LOL, but I'll do it.

 I have tried the 30 day shred but couldn't keep up with it.  I might try to do this tonight.

I do a lot of high intensity workouts because I do not have a lot of time so I can fit them into a short time.
