Fire 40 and stretch 10 today. I'm adding in an arm workout to try and start tightening the backs of my arms. And if the storms clear out I'm going to stat C25K!

I did a quick 1.75 mile run..then the rain started again.. lol... SO, I came home and did 40 minutes of TJ.

A little disappointed that Frozen Dolls were nowhere to be found. Oh well, Hikari was so excited about the soundtrack that she hasn't stopped singing!

sometime low impact today. My workout partner is hurt. She has thoracic spine strain.

Max Cardio Circuit this morning. It felt good! I want to run later but I most likely will not have time. Taking DD shopping after work.

I have permission to go back to the gym today! I have no idea what I'm going to be doing, but I'm going to be spending an hour with my trainer. I am under strict instructions from my doc to take it very easy on my shoulder for some time yet, so my trainer is going to take today to work out a new program for me to use while my shoulder is still healing.

ran week five day one of the c25k progam :) actaully made it to two miles today :)
