I m trying to lose about 15 to 20 pounds (help)

 I was about 166 but, I noticed ts kept going up and down and I m doing this work out called Slim 6 and I m doing everything and everyday just wondering as much I drink water why the weight not going down and I m eating a lot of salads, aviod caffine as much as I can and oing my walking when its pretty day sun shining

I lost 13lbs in three weeks :)

When I started I was doing 1,800 calories for 1 week and treadmill 5 days a week for 30-35 min.

Week 2: same thing

Week 3: 1,200 calories and treadmill 3 days a week for 30 min and Zumba 30 min. On the days I worked out I ate 1,500 calories.

I am now doing 1,600 calories and working working out 4 days a week.

My friend is a personal trainer and is guiding me through the process.

I include protein in every meal. For lunch I have a salad and fish or chicken etc.

For dinner salad with chicken tacos, lean cuisine pasta, fish etc


I cut out soda and drink 128oz of water a day. No matter what I HAVE TO drink all the water.

I started out at 362 at my appointment I was 349.4 :)

I'm still heavy, but getting closer to my goal. :) if I lost another 4lbs I am now weighing 345.

 way to go I m drinking  alot of water but it makes me gopeeeeeeeeeeeee lol
