15 min AMRAP

4 shoulder press (55#)
8 SDLHP (55#)
12 front squats (55#)

Then post wod abs

2 hours on treadmill on inclide #4. Weee well 2 1 hr walks on treadmill.

I did a lifting and a kickboxing class last night so i'm kind of sore. I will do a core class some cardio and legs tonight.

Leslie Sansones DVD - Just Walk.  I love it because it changes every day, and changes intensity as you do it. Today was a Warm Up, 4 Mile Walk, Cool Down, and working the Arms.

Putting my 2yr old in the Kelti and walking to pick up the 4yr old. That will be a 1/2 mile breeze walk. The real work out is the return. My daughter usually is too tired to walk so 28lbs on my back and 34lbs in the front and away we go. The hills on the way back home are very steep. Then when the kiddos finally are alseep I will do crunches and work on my wavy arm fat lol. Now that its written I must do it!

45 minutes on the xbox kinect, then i went for a 3 mile bike ride. may not seem like much but it's alot more than i could do a few weeks ago.

I just got back from the gym.. I did a mile on the treadmill which took me 18.5 minutes.. then I did a full rotation on the 10 pieces of equipment, 2 minutes per station.. and did 50 crunches on an exercise ball... I was drenched by the time I left but I feel amazing! :)
