Any workouts today ladies?
Going for a *MUCH* needed run today, heat and time constraints be damned. I really really don't have time, but it HAS to happen. I haven't been able to work out the last two days courtesy of an exam I had this morning (and I scored well on, thankfully), and I have a HUGE group research paper due soon, but I MUST run or I will seriously go ballistic.

Oh, and I'll be on the treadmill walking and reading papers for my research tonight. Yay me.

The reality: I've not felt quite "right" all day, so I managed to push myself 9 minutes, and then another 3.5 minutes before just walking, and then giving up at 40 minutes. I want to shower and crawl in bed. I don't feel sick, just zero energy today.
