i'm going another route and will revisit c25k in a few weeks when my legs and ankles are strong enough to endure it. yes, i am that out of shape. it really blows
so i found this on pinterest, and, combined with my other workout, i'm feeling pretty good about it. i poured sweat, which is awesome. i feel awesome.
i'm also going to do the 30 day crunch challenge. i'll make a post for that
