How do you know that no one will be doing any cardio just because they want to do the crunch challenge?

I dont know that, im just saying if thats ALL you're doing it wont work.

I'm doing the squat challenge and adding a few crunches :D once I'm done with squats I'll focus on crunches

definitely not all i'm doing. i have a couple of cardio workouts than i can combine with this

I used to do 200 crunches a day back in high school on top of dance and while my stomach was flat there was no real definition.  I love standing crunches though.  Shaun T knows how to work your abs, I feel those a lot more than I ever did traditional crunches.  Plus they're horrible on your back.

i'm day 19 of the 30 day squat challenge. i also received a 30 day plank challenge on facebook today. idk if it's a good idea to do all 3 at once?!?!
