This is the first challenge I have tried and I enjoyed all of it. Thank you for taking the time to put it together!

I enjoyed it EVERY DAY/ EVERY CHALLANGE!!!

I liked very much to feel like I was part of a healthy club WHERE I COULD FIND THE HELP I WAS SEARCHING FOR!!

I love challenges! They help keep me motivated and since I'm pretty much just starting out on my working out journey, it helps me keep going to establish good habits. All the different exercises shown also keep me from getting bored, but make sure I hit the different muscle areas.

I would love future challenges that are like this or even ones like the 30 day squat/pushup/crunch challenges that can be added to a regular workout schedule.
