 So its the 1st of May what are you starting the month at? Just stepped on the scale and I weigh 173.4 pounds. What about you?

I was not so happy to find out yesterday!!!

I have been working out 5 days a week for the last 4 months and I have lose only 4 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!confused

Weighed myself this morning, 160.

I tried losing weight earlier this year & lost 12 lbs then lost my motivation.

 4 pounds in 4 months? Some thing is definitely NOT right? Have you been counting calories, exercising and drinking water?

 Are you starting up again? What is your goal weight? Mine is 130

I have been working out 5 DAYS A WEEK

I have been drinking lots of water, and eating much healthier choices!!

My problem is I am only sleeping 5 hours....

My goal is 145. I was 143 before I had my first child almost 9 years ago & would like to see that again before I ttc #3

 Yea I only get 3 hours of sleep a day between both of my jobs so the only time I would be able to workout would be on the weekends when I am off.

 My ds is 8 and I was 130-135 when I had him and I lost all my weight with him even after having a c-section. Over the years I have piled on the weight though. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2006 I think after I had gained 20 pounds and lost my cycle for 6 months.

My cycles are regular now just trying to lose the belly fat.
