My name is Soniia im 21 5'3" and i joined this group hoping to get some help in losing some weight. Before I got pregnant I weighed 120 and now after having my beautiful baby boy I now weigh 175 :(. I'm hoping to get back to where was. I try and exercise but I never have enough energy and I'd rather sit on the couch and watch some TV and wish i could be skinny like that actress. lol

Welcome, Soniia! What's your plan for losing weight? How's your food intake? Most of the battle comes from the food, and the right foods will help you have energy for working out. Honestly, though, for exercising, sometimes you have to just force it in the beginning. Okay, not sometimes, all the time in the beginning. LOL But it really does get easier, as it just becomes part of your normal routine. You can do it!! Good luck!
