After going to the gym 2 to 3 days a week for the past 3 weeks I was finally able to run! Its been over 2 years, almost 3 since I was able to get to a run. It was a slow run and only for about a 90 seconds but for those 90 seconds it was all running. I was so happy! And exhausted. But I can't wait to go again and keep this up.
