Goals for spring/summer:get down to 220-227, fit into my size 16/18 pants comfortably again. Start working out multiple times a week. I'm only walking right now but i want to start doing more soon.

Hi! I missed this last week since I was out of town for work-ation!  My goal has been to get my BF% down to 23% by the beginning of summer. It was 24.7% 2 months ago and I haven't had it measured since then. I think I will next week because I'm really curious!!!!

Here are the non-scale May goals I set for myself. I didn't make any strength gains in April but I think it's because of being sick plus having hip issues plus switching from machine or dumbbell chest press to barbell ;)  Hopefully I'll have some strength gains this month.

  • 4 days lifting per week
  • Squat 90# 5x5
  • RDL 95# 5x5
  • Bench press 60# 5x5
  • OHP 50# 5x5
  • Push ups 5 sets of 10 l
  • Eat around 1700-2000 calories per day, 100+ g of protein, 45+ g of fat

Goal: 145 initially, ultimately maybe 135-140

And my big accomplishment for this week was completing my first Olympic level triathlon :)

Goal weight: 140
This week: 161.0
Next weeks goal: 159.8

Total lost: 1.2 pounds

Other goals: Jog 4 miles, 40 minutes of stairs (2 sets of 20) or 20 minutes stairs and 1 strength training.

2000 calories a day!

Goals for this challenge: to lose 20lbs or more....need to get back into most of my clothes before i got pregnant last year.  Get back into running shape so I can do the half marathon I'm signed up for this fall.
