Change is definitely happening!  It's important to remember that the scale is only ONE tool, not the ONLY tool, by which your success can be measured.  I've lost entire sizes without seeing any change on the scale.  Keep doing what you're doing!

if your doing weight training you will not lose as much weight, but will lose fat gain muscle. and the more muscle you have the more fat you burn

The only exercise i can get through without a break from beach body.. the ab workouts at the end of the p90x dvds. Im a wimp and skip the p90x workouts alot but ive consistantly been doing the ab part every day but sometimes on saturday when i do yardwork (building a deck lifting cinder blocks pouring concrete, shoveling dirt and stuff)
