I'm back

I've gained almost 10 lbs in the last couple of moths. I need to be held accountable. My eating is horrible. I haven't exercised I forever. I go to bed saying tomorrow will be better but it's not. I'm going to start journaling again and put myself first again. Hubby has been gone for a month with work. Both girls have gymnastics, speech. Plus we have baseball practice and games 3 days a week along with homeschool. Zoo school and little gym. I just have to find time for me.

You can do it! It is hard to make the time especially when homeschooling. We home school as well. ;)

Welcome back :) I try to work out after bedtime, once the kids are in bed. I don't have time for the gym so I work around ME and find me time, you can do it !!
