I'm new here, trying to lose 20 pounds, and need to be held more accountable. :)

H - 5'0"

HW - 168

CW - 153

I've done pretty well in losing weight so far and I think this is the extra motivation I need to take it even further.

I'm at home today (and probably the next two days!) as my DS has pink eye. :( Poor kiddo. No exercise as I was too busy with him todayy.

Breakfast - 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal, 1/2 cup whole milk, small banana

Lunch - 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, 1 cup raw baby carrots, large salad (lettuce, tomato, olives, shredded cheddar, yellow pepper, red pepper, orange pepper, hot peppers, Zesty Italian dressing)

Snack - 1 slice watermelon, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Supper - "Spaghetti" - 1/2 bag sauted slaw (instead of pasta - brocolli, cabbage, carrots, zuchinni) with 1 cup garden vegetable spaghetti sauce, 1 1/2 garlic rolls

Dessert - Dryers whole fruit frozen popsicle

I'm home today for one more day. The doctor said DS can go back to school tomorrow as he will have been on antibiotic eye drops for 24 hours and not contagious anymore. :)

Breakfast - 3 hard boiled egg whites with Frank's Red Hot sauce, 1 cup fresh pineapple

Lunch - Salad (lettuce, tomato, olives, shredded cheddar, yellow pepper, red pepper, orange pepper, hot pepper, Zesty Italian dressing), raw carrots and celery sticks, roast chicken

Snack - Apple, Md SF FF iced coffee

Dinner - New recipe...supposed to be a deep dish burger pizza but ended up more like a bubble up sloppy joe casserole. It wasn't terrible, but I won't be making it again.

Exercise - Jillian Micheal 30 Day Shred Level 1, Jillian Micheal Yoga Level 1

Back to work today. DS is no longer contagious.

Exercise - 3 Mile Denise Austin Indoor Walk - 1 mile Easy Walk, 1 mile Fat Burning, 1 mile Toning -45 minutes

Breakfast - Fat Free yogurt, 1 cup dry Cheerios, orange

Lunch - Salad (lettuce, tomato, olives, shredded cheddar, yellow pepper, red pepper, orange pepper, hot peppers, Zesty Italian dressing), 2 small slices watermelon, 1 cup burger casserole from last night

Snack - 1 1/2 cups raw carrots and celery, SF FF iced coffee

Dinner - Apple, 6 inch Turkey Club from Subway (whole wheat bread, turkey, bacon, light mayo, lettuce, tomato, olives, onions, cucumber, green pepper)

DS's baseball practice lasted over 30 minutes longer than normal so we didn't have time for a real homemade dinner.

Exercise - Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio - 30 minutes

Breakfast - 3 hard boiled egg whites, fat free yogurt, 6 large strawberries

Lunch - 1 cup homemade stuffing with gravy, 2 slices watermelon, salad (lettuce, tomato, olives, shredded cheddar, yellow pepper, red pepper, orange pepper, hot peppers, Zesty Italian dressing)

Snack - 1 cup raw celery and carrots, apple, Cranberry Flush (3/4 cup cranberry juice mixed with 3 cups water and 2 tbsp flaxseed)

Dinner - 1 cup French Onion soup, cobb salad (lettuce, tomato, hard boiled egg, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, cucumber, carrots, cabbage, grilled chicken)

Exercise - Denise Austin Kickboxing - 25 minutes

Breakfast - 3 hard boiled egg whites, fat free greek yogurt with 2 tbsp organic bb granola, orange

Lunch - Tater tot casserole, biscuit, green beans

Snack - Cranberry Flush (3/4 cup cranberry juice with 3 cups water and 2 tbsp flaxseed), 1 cup raw carrots and celery, apple

Dinner - The rest of the cobb salad from last night (lettuce, tomato, hard boiled egg, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, cucumber, carrots, cabbage, grilled chicken)

Exercise - 1 mile walk outside
