45 min of cardio/strength training at the gym. No extra walking today.

tonight i have an hour long boot camp. i have a rest day for both challenges i am in.

I walkn SD to school today and walked to pick her up it about a ten minute walk there and back, then i did laundry at the laundry mat i did eight loads all together and i live on the third floor so i took two at a time walked down all the stairs and carried it two blocks to the laundry mat, i also walked to the bank which is about a mile and a half away, and i'm sure tge family and i will go for a bike ride after dinner when dh is home

Today is the first day of Skinny Mom's 14 Day challenge: Star-studded Slim Down and the workout was a circuit workout of plie squats with front raises, pushups, forearm plank, and bicycles.
I'll finish with Supreme 90 and I'm on D87 Cardio Challenge.  Only 3 more days to finish this challenge.

going to zumba for an hour in a bit

I was going to do piyo as well- but I'm fighting a cold and have a bit of a headache/ blah feeling so I'm skipping it today

*I can tone down the zumba.  Not so much the piyo though

Body rock 12 min workout. Feeling less sore;) but the jumping was harder today.
