Did an hour of gardening this morning, and spent time touring our neighborhood with my DD on foot. :)  I am adding extra walking to all routines (i.e. walking around the yard several times for each gardening activity, lengthening our walk outside), so I have done an extra 20 min today.

I walked 18 Minutes on the Treadmill. 30 Minutes of Zumba and I did my Day 7 of the 30 day challenges, 80 squats, and 50 crunches, may do more before bed

will do 230 squats, and day 3 of absolutely bikini ready challenge. no, walking tonight. track meet tonight for one of my children. the only walking i'll be doing is chasing my girls!

 ello!!!!!!! did 45 mins on the bike outside today. super windy again so i got a nice burn in my butt and thighs

Took a nice long brisk walk with the kids in the double stroller. Going to take another one whith the hubby when he gets home.
