Which type of exercise bike is best the type to get the best results the one you sit down in or the upright type?

I'm sure some of the other ladies are more knowledgable about them, but I think they both have their benefits.

I want a spinning bike, personally (or a trainer to put my actual bike on).  The recumbent (sit in) type are better on your back and "nether regions".
