I don't really do shakes, but after a really intense workout, I really need liquid calories (I can't stomach solids). I like Vega One, which I get at Whole Foods. I maybe do it every other day, at most. Other than that, I really don't make them often. They tend not to keep me full. When I do, I make my own with Greek yogurt, fruit, spinach, and maybe some protein powder (I generally get it from Trader Joe's).

Here's their website (click here). It's one of the few where I recognize the ingredients! I just mix it with some almond milk for a post-workout snack. The vanilla is my favorite flavor.

i don't often drink shakes but when i do, i only use the Vega product line. i have the Vega all in one (aka Vega one) and i also use their protein powder.
