Tell us what kind of cardio you did and for how long!

Did you walk the extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily cardio/workout?

Did you drink at least 64 oz of water today?

I biked for 30 mins

ran for 20

I have spent two hours actively cleaning/repairing things in my home today, and I will be walking for at least twenty minutes around my building at work this evening.

Completed: 25 min walk on track. 1.5 miles.  60 min step aerobics/weights class, 60 squats for squats challenge, 105 (did 110) jumping jacks for JJ challenge.  

To Do: Possible trip to gym tonight w. my son to do recumbent bike if time before work.

Water: 70 ounces down!  Goal met!

I had a knee injury in jan so they only cardio i can do is walking and steps with weights so thats what i did for 60 minutes.. i am working on the water but noy doing so hot i did half the required amt by theend of day ill be there

 20 min bike ride, still have the rest of the day to do more. been drinking a ton of water

220 squats, 30 second plank,  30 russian twists, 12 sit ups, and i vacuumed/shampooed my living room/hallway today.

Holy Wow I cleaned out a garage today with my husband.  That was definitely some strength training and cardio!  We were moving couches, matresses, boxes full of junk, weights, etc.  Two hours of bending, lifting, carying, and cleaning!  Lots of walking from my garage to the alley way for bulk pick up.  I'd say I got my walking in too. :)
