Did you walk the extra 10 - 30 minutes in addition to your daily cardio/workout?

I did biking for 30

elepticial for 30

and circut training already for 30

I do plan do more today too

I did 100 Squats and 60 Crunches I walked for 10 minutes 

So far I have had 40oz of water

I plan on doing more cardio tonight when I am working out at the ranch.

I'm going SURFING today!  I also plan to do some open water swimming while I'm out there (that beach is perfect for it).  No idea how long- I'm not watching the clock today.  =)  My legs are super sore from the last 2 days.

i have completed day 25 of 30 day squat challenge. i skipped a day of absolutely bikini ready challenge, so i did day 4 & 6 today. and i started the 30 day crunch challenge. so far i have had 32 oz of water, but i'm confident i will get the other 32 before the day is over.

I walk 2.5 miles on my lunch hour every day as long as it's not raining.  When I get home I will take the dog for a 2.5 mile walk (if the rain holds off...it's not looking good).   Tonight I will do a 30 minute HIIT cardio on my treadmill.

Supreme 90 DAY 90 Cardio Challenge. YAY! I finished. It took me longer than the 90 days but I stuck with it.

I walked 4.5 miles on my "lunch break" it took an hour and a half so a little more than a lunch break lol but still!
