By just portion controlling what you eat?
Like let's say I want to eat some delicious chicken wings. But I only eat like 4 instea of a lot more. Lol.

 i have the nike + GPS watch and a heart rate monitor...but that was prolly closer to 200 for those things..but I use the watch to track my running..and I havent even used the polar heart rate monitor yet LOL
